Which Same Day Tour Is Right for You?

Travelling by car or train?

  • By car is the most flexible — door-to-door pickup, stops along the way, and you set the pace. About 3–3.5 hours each way to Agra.
  • By train (Gatimaan Express) is the fastest and smoothest — under 2 hours each way — but runs to a fixed timetable.

How much time & what do you want to see?

  • First trip to India? The Same Day Agra Tour by Car covers the must-see Mughal trio.
  • Keen photographer? The Sunrise tour gives you the Taj in its best light.
  • Already in Agra or Jaipur? Choose a local sightseeing tour and skip the Delhi transfer.

Same Day Tours — FAQs

What is a same day tour?
A full-day round trip from Delhi (or within Agra/Jaipur) that returns the same evening, with no overnight stay. Pickup, guide, tickets and lunch are included.
Should I visit Agra by car or by train?
By car gives door-to-door flexibility and stops along the way (about 3–3.5 hours each way). The Gatimaan Express is faster at under 2 hours but runs to a fixed timetable. Both include a guide and tickets in Agra.
Can I see the Taj Mahal at sunrise on a day tour?
Yes — our Taj Mahal Sunrise Tour leaves Delhi very early so you reach Agra for first light, the best time for photographs and the thinnest crowds.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. All car tours include pickup and drop-off from any hotel, airport or station in Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida at no extra cost.
Is the Taj Mahal open every day?
The Taj Mahal is open daily except Fridays. On Fridays we adjust Agra itineraries to focus on Agra Fort, Baby Taj and Fatehpur Sikri.
Are your same day tours private?
Yes, every tour is fully private with your own guide and air-conditioned vehicle. The per-adult price decreases as group size increases.
