How fast will I get a reply?
During working hours (9 AM – 7 PM IST) we usually reply within an hour with a tailored quote. Outside hours, by the next morning IST. WhatsApp is fastest if you need an immediate answer.
Do I need to pay a deposit to enquire?
No. Enquiry is free and there’s no obligation. Even when you decide to book, you can Reserve Now and Pay Later — hold the tour with zero deposit and pay closer to the date.
Can you build a fully custom itinerary?
Yes — about half of our work is custom. Tell us how many days you have, what you’d like to see, and your budget range. We’ll build something around it. The form’s “tailor-made” option is exactly for this.
What about the Taj Mahal being closed on Fridays?
The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. If your trip falls on a Friday we adjust the Agra portion automatically — either swapping to Agra Fort, Baby Taj & Fatehpur Sikri, or rearranging the day order so you don’t miss the Taj.
Are your tours private?
Yes — every tour we run is fully private. Your guide, vehicle and pace are exclusively for your group. We never combine you with strangers.
What is your cancellation policy?
Same-day tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Multi-day tours: full refund up to 7 days, 75% up to 3 days, 50% up to 24 hours. After that the booking becomes non-refundable.
How do you handle my personal details?
Your name, email and phone are used only to send you a quote and discuss your tour. We never share or sell your data, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.
