Rajasthan Tour — 7 Days
Tour Overview
Rajasthan at its most regal. This 7-day royal Rajasthan tour goes beyond the classic Golden Triangle to the heart of India’s land of kings — the rose-pink streets of Jaipur, the indigo lanes and towering fort of Jodhpur, and the serene lakes and palaces of Udaipur, with the sacred town of Pushkar and the breathtaking Ranakpur Jain temples along the way.
Travelling in a private air-conditioned car with an expert English-speaking guide, you’ll explore grand forts, intricate palaces, marble temples and tranquil lakes, resting each night in a hotel of your chosen standard — including some of Rajasthan’s wonderful heritage properties. It is the perfect immersion in the colour, craft and history of the desert state.
Want the Taj Mahal and Delhi too? Pair this with our classic Golden Triangle tour, or read our guide on where to stay in Rajasthan.

In the evening, wander Jaipur’s lively bazaars for local crafts and souvenirs.
Jaipur sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the magnificent hilltop Amber Fort, stopping at the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) on the way — and, if you wish, riding up to the fort by elephant for a royal flourish.
Explore Jaipur’s colourful bazaars and the all-marble Birla Mandir (Laxmi Narayan Temple) before returning to your hotel.
Jaipur to Jodhpur via Ajmer & Pushkar
After breakfast, drive towards Jodhpur, stopping in Ajmer to see the Adhai Din Ka Jhonpra and the revered Dargah Sharif of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.
Continue to Pushkar, home to the sacred Brahma Temple and the tranquil Pushkar Lake, before reaching Jodhpur in the evening to check in for the night.
Jodhpur sightseeing
Begin with the grand Mehrangarh Fort, one of Rajasthan’s largest, with panoramic views over the blue city, then the white-marble Jaswant Thada cenotaph.
In the afternoon, enjoy Jodhpur’s bustling markets before returning to your hotel for the night.
Jodhpur to Udaipur via Ranakpur
After breakfast, drive to Udaipur, the “City of Lakes”, stopping at the exquisitely carved 15th-century Ranakpur Jain temples — a masterpiece of Rajasthani craftsmanship.
Continue to Udaipur and check in to your hotel for the evening.
Udaipur sightseeing
Often called the “Venice of the East”, Udaipur is ringed by lakes and the Aravalli hills. After breakfast, visit the vast City Palace complex and, if you wish, take a relaxing boat trip on Lake Pichola to see the palaces and ghats from the water.
Spend the rest of the day exploring Udaipur’s romantic markets before returning to your hotel.
