Golden Triangle Tour with Ranthambore
Tour Overview
India’s greatest monuments and its most thrilling wildlife, in one journey. Our Golden Triangle Tour with Ranthambore pairs the classic circuit of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with game drives in Ranthambore National Park — one of the best places on earth to see a wild Bengal tiger.
Over seven days you’ll explore historic Delhi, stand before the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, then head south for two safaris in Ranthambore National Park — AM and PM, with a choice of open Jeep or shared Canter — and visit the dramatic hilltop Ranthambore Fort. From there you continue to Jaipur for the hilltop Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar and the iconic Hawa Mahal, before returning to Delhi. It’s the perfect blend of culture and adventure, all in a private tour with an expert guide.

Where You’ll Go
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival in Delhi & sightseeing
Our driver meets you at the airport and transfers you to your hotel, where you meet your guide for a briefing. Explore the UNESCO-listed Qutub Minar and the magnificent Humayun’s Tomb — a precursor to the Taj — then drive past India Gate and visit the serene, lotus-shaped Lotus Temple.
Delhi to Agra — Agra Fort & the Taj at sunset
After breakfast, drive to Agra (about 3–4 hours) and visit the mighty red-sandstone Agra Fort, the main residence of the Mughal emperors until 1638.
As the day closes, watch the Taj Mahal at sunset, the marble glowing in warm golden light against the changing sky — a magical first encounter with the monument.
Agra to Ranthambore National Park
After breakfast, drive south to Ranthambore National Park (about 5 hours, ~250 km), travelling through the changing landscapes of rural Rajasthan. Stop for lunch on the way.
Arrive in the afternoon and check in to your forest-side resort. Enjoy a riverside walk, the resort’s natural surroundings and an early dinner — tomorrow’s safaris start at dawn.
Ranthambore safaris & the fort
AM safari (early morning): the best window for tiger sightings — cool air, soft light and active wildlife. Your choice of Jeep (6-seater, more intimate and flexible) or Canter (20-seater, social and budget-friendly). Look for Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, deer, nilgai and Ranthambore’s celebrated birdlife.
Mid-day, visit the ancient hilltop Ranthambore Fort — a 10th-century stronghold with temples, panoramic views and the magnificent Padam Talao and Jogi Mahal lakeside.
PM safari (afternoon): a second drive into the park as the light changes — a great chance to see what the morning missed.
Ranthambore to Jaipur
After breakfast and a final relaxed morning at the resort, drive to Jaipur, the “Pink City” (about 4 hours, ~180 km). Check in to your hotel.
Evening: enjoy a Rajasthani cultural performance and dinner — folk music, dance and the flavours of the region — before returning to your hotel.
Jaipur sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the majestic hilltop Amber Fort, a brilliant fusion of Rajput and Mughal architecture, then the City Palace with its royal museums, and the UNESCO-listed Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory.
Photo stops at the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and time in the colourful Pink City bazaars before returning to your hotel.
Jaipur to Delhi — departure
After breakfast and check-out, drive back to Delhi (about 5 hours, ~260 km). We drop you at the airport or your preferred location for your onward journey — carrying away an unforgettable mix of monuments and wildlife.
