Welcome to Delhi: Our driver will  pick you up from Airport and transfer to your hotel.

Visit Qutub Minar: Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Qutub Minar  a five-tiered tower soaring to a height of 73 meters (240 feet) and built primarily using red sandstone and marble.

Construction began in 1192 by Qutub-ud-din Aibak and was completed by his successors. The tower’s construction was part of the Qutub Complex, which includes various other structures and monuments.

Afternoon (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

Dinner: Enjoy dinner with a view of the Taj Mahal or at a recommended restaurant in Agra. Overnight stay in the City of Taj.

Drive to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri: En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore its historical landmarks. It has Buland Darwaza the colossal gateway, known as the “Gate of Magnificence,” is a monumental structure marking the entrance to the city. And Jama Masjid grand mosque is an architectural masterpiece adorned with stunning marble and sandstone decorations with Panch Mahal a  five-story palatial structure featuring an open pavilion with 176 intricately carved columns.

Afternoon (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

Lunch: Have lunch at a local restaurant during the journey to Jaipur.

Arrival in Jaipur: Check-in at the hotel upon reaching Jaipur, the ‘Pink City’.

Relaxation Time: Refresh and relax at the hotel.

Morning (6:00 AM): Breakfast at the hotel and check-out 

Flight to Varanasi (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM): Transfer to Jaipur Airport for your flight to Srinagar. 

Afternoon (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM):  Upon arrival, check-in at the houseboat/hotel. 

Shikara ride on Dal Lake (2:30 PM – 5:00 PM): A Shikara ride on Dal Lake is an enchanting experience in Srinagar. Shikaras are beautifully crafted wooden boats, elegantly decorated and designed for navigating the serene waters of Dal Lake and other water bodies in Kashmir. These boats are an iconic symbol of Kashmir’s culture and are often adorned with vibrant colors and intricate designs.

Visit Nishat Bagh: Nishat Bagh, also known as the “Garden of Bliss,” is a stunning Mughal garden located on the eastern side of the Dal Lake in Srinagar, Kashmir. Built-in 1633 by Asif Khan, the brother of Empress Nur Jahan, Nishat Bagh is one of the most famous Mughal gardens in Kashmir.

The garden is laid out in terraces, with a series of beautiful cascading flower beds, trees, fountains, and lush greenery, offering a breathtaking view of the Dal Lake and the Zabarwan mountain range.

Each terrace of Nishat Bagh is designed with a specific theme and is linked by a series of stairs, allowing you to explore the garden at different levels. The higher terraces offer panoramic views of the Dal Lake and the surrounding mountains, providing excellent photo opportunities. You  can relax in the tranquil ambiance, enjoying the beauty of nature and the refreshing surroundings.

Shalimar Bagh:  Shalimar Bagh, located in Srinagar, Kashmir, is a breathtaking Mughal garden that exudes beauty, history, and architectural magnificence. It  was built by the Mughal Emperor Jahangir in 1619 for his wife, Empress Nur Jahan. It was later extended by Emperor Shah Jahan. The garden was envisioned as a token of love and was also known as “Farah Baksh” or “the delightful.”

The garden follows the traditional Persian Charbagh layout, divided into four terraces, representing the paradise described in the Quran. It is renowned for its elaborate water features, including intricately designed fountains, cascades, and a series of terraced lawns. The garden is adorned with a variety of colorful flowers, including roses, tulips, and various indigenous plants, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

Chashme Shahi: Chashme Shahi, also known as Chashme Shahi Garden or Chashme Bagh, is a beautiful Mughal garden located in Srinagar, Kashmir. It is one of the several stunning Mughal gardens in Kashmir, renowned for its exquisite design, layout, and natural beauty. The garden is named after a natural spring that feeds a series of cascading terraces, adding to the charm and serenity of the place.

Chashme Shahi is adorned with terraced lawns, vibrant flowerbeds, and meticulously maintained flora, making it a haven for nature lovers. Its features a network of water channels, fountains, and pools, reflecting the meticulous Mughal garden design and engineering. It garden also hosts a pavilion and a series of Mughal-style buildings that add historical and architectural significance to the site.

Explore Shankaracharya Temple: The Shankaracharya Temple, also known as the Jyeshteshwara Temple, is a significant religious site located atop a hill in Srinagar, Kashmir.  The temple holds immense religious significance for Hindu devotees, dedicated to Lord Shiva.  It is believed to have been established by Adi Shankaracharya, a revered philosopher and saint, during his visit to Kashmir in the 9th century.

Perched atop the Shankaracharya Hill (Takht-e-Suleiman), the temple offers panoramic views of Srinagar city, Dal Lake, and the surrounding snow-capped mountains. The temple displays a blend of ancient Kashmiri and Hindu architectural styles, characterized by its stone masonry and intricate designs. The temple exudes a serene and spiritual ambiance, seeking blessings and inner peace. You can ascend a flight of stairs (around 250 steps) to reach the temple, adding an adventurous aspect to the visit. Apart from its religious significance, the temple provides breathtaking views of the valley, making it a popular spot for photography enthusiasts. 

Jama Masjid: Jama Masjid in Srinagar is an iconic and historically significant mosque in Kashmir. This mosque is an excellent example of traditional Islamic architecture with its distinct wooden pillars and intricate designs.

The mosque’s architecture showcases Persian and Indo-Islamic influences, characterized by its wooden framework, large prayer hall, and intricate details on the ceilings and walls. The Jama Masjid features a spacious courtyard, providing ample space for worshipers during congregational prayers. Despite its central location in the bustling old city, the mosque offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere.
